This place constantly amazes us - members of our family have been customers stretching over 35 years, 300K miles, and multiple machines. I recently had my RT serviced and had a fantastic experience with Dustin and Joe - both low key, and VERY on top of everything. The mid-Atlantic region is fortunate to have Bob's because it's WAY beyond the typically dispassionate "dealer" experience - there's a rich history, constant precision, and a culture of excellence - a perfect match for the brands they sell and service. I've always found something unique or a "must have" for my touring kit in the parts department while waiting for service. Best of all is who you meet and the conversations you have with fellow riders while you are having service done - there's a reason serious riders make Bob's a waypoint on their route, and return year after year, as the industry and machines move forward. The fact that many of their team originally were customers is a strong statement to the cultural impact of the place. From the most obscure vintage parts, the latest tech, or the eclectic mix of riders you meet - this dealership and supporting departments have earned our lifelong fascination and trust.

Love Bob’s Motorcycle!!! We take care of a lot of our work on our own, but come out to the dealership when we need something that friends and family can’t handle. I have been using Bob’s BMW for service and repair needs on my 2016 1200GS for the past few years. Their customer service and service technicians are top notch. Their parts department is second to none. They are a bit pricey but the work is done right the first time and warranted. I consider Bob’s the best BWM Service Center in the DMV. I will continue to use Bob’s BMW for all my future motorcycle needs.

Polite staff and accommodating. Prices were fair, service performed while I waited and while it took a while, I saw they were working solely on my Ducati vs multitasking/causing delays. I bought two new tires, they were in stock. My only issue was my bike it white so when I got home I noted a lot of black finger prints on the farings and wheels. It’d be nice if they wiped off the grease and grime prior. Otherwise no other negative feedback.

If I could give 10 stars I would, the service and general helpful guidance from the staff made me feel at ease. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision when visiting. Jim went over all the features of the S1000RR that I fell in love with which gave me the knowledge to make a more informed decision. Ms. Laura in financing went over all the additional coverages I could obtain to add a little more peace of mind and she knew those coverages like the back of her had. The whole team made me feel like family, I'll be sure to recommend any and everyone i can. P.S. "The hand lotion in the restroom was a great touch"! Update: I have been having my S1K serviced here since my purchase and I couldn't be more happy with the service staff. Especially Dustin, he is definitely a reason I am so trusting in Bob's service his knowledge of this bike and his transparency it is 10/10.

Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, bike enthusiasts. They greet you at the door and make browsing for new bikes very enjoyable. Replacement of front tire on BMW k1600b. Completed on time as expected. The communication with Dustin was good and efficient. The only detail is that the mechanic didn’t recalibrate the TPMS after replacing the tire. The pressure reading in the dash is now way off. Not a big deal but it would be nice to have an accurate reading.

Bob’s motorcycle is a great dealership. Everyone one is friendly, asks if you need help with anything. Parts desk is great as well very knowledgeable and understands what the customer is trying to buy or do to their bikes. The sales team is wonderful they aren’t pushy if you’re undecided, they let you think about your decision and try to work it out with you.

Everyone's friendly. The store is well laid out. I purchased a motorcycle from them. There was a little confusion with my salesman going on vacation and a mishap or two with the bike but everything worked out in the end. One year later and they just serviced my bike. I had flashed my ECU to remove a low speed hiccup but by doing so the ride by wire stopped functioning. They we're able to fix it right away. They also service my chain, bled my brakes, adjusted my air pressure (to the correct pressure) and had me back on the road within hours. They also looked over the bike and found my chain and sprocket were worn out and needed to be replaced next season. They even went out of there way to recommend a site for buying a new chain and sprockets and would install it for me the next time I was in. The parts counter was also friendly and helpful. They we're able to order me a new key for my bike from Italy. So thank you to all the employees at Bob's BMW, great job! Keep up the good work. Daniel

came in on a Saturday for first come first serve scheduled maintenance, informed rear tire had nail embedded in sidewall, bummer. While waiting for new tires to be installed informed water pump fried and part would need to be sourced from PA (double bummer). Happiness when I received text from Dustin Smith on Tuesday morning that pump was installed and my machine was ready for pick up. Elation as I sit in my hotel room somewhere in Virginia near Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina and West Virginia writing this review as I prepare to plan my ride tomorrow in the Heart of the Appalachians. Thank you Dustin and the service techs at Bob’s Motorcycles.

BOB'S motorcycles is actually one of the best dealerships in the country and the staff are genuinely helpful and, like Bob himself, fully involved in motorcycling and the community! If I was buying another BMW or if I decided I needed another Ducati, this is the only address I need to know! I have had many motos but have been a customer at this place for 30 years and sometimes will just show up to bum a cuppa Joe, but the service department is on point, as is the sales staff and parts department! 5 stars across the board!

Once again a great job from Bobs Service Dept. Had the bike in for its biannual service and it was completed as expected for the price quoted and ready for pick up when promised. I know this might not sound like five star performance, but I have a number of bikes and vehicles that I have service at different places around town and Bobs is consistently and uniquely on point with everything they do. I love having the Saturday morning First come first serviced. Allowed me to get my bike ready for my Montreal ride next week.It makes it nice to not have to arrange to drop the bike then return to pick it up. You can always count on Bob’s.

Had an issue while out riding and had to tow my bike to the nearest BMW service shop—luckily, it was Bob's! Tristan took excellent care of me from start to finish. Even though we had to wait a bit for parts to arrive, he kept me in the loop the whole time and made sure the work was done right. Within hours of losing them Drew was able to order me a new set of ignition keys and help me find saddle case keys too. What an experience. Todd was my salesman and Mark was the sales manager I dealt with as well. It couldn’t have been any better. Between the two of them they did all they could to get me the deal I wanted on my 2024 Ducati monster. I came all the way from north Jersey to shop with them. They were attentive over email and text and we ironed out the deal without ever speaking in person. I showed up and signed some papers and left with the bike of my dreams. 10/10 experience. I have 2000 BMW R1100RT with 70k miles, 3rd owner. I've serviced at Bob's since I got it ~12 years ago. I love riding it, and really appreciate Bob's team still supporting this older machine, I know from experience some dealers don't. Great experience today with service writer Dave McGuire and tech Steve Slunt, they did a great job. Riding my 25 year old bike back to the Eastern Shore tomorrow, it's probably in the best shape it's been since it was new back in the day. Great service team at Bob's.

I had a wonderful buying experience at Bob’s motorcycles. I got the first ‘25 Ducati MultiStrada V2 S on the East Coast having pre-ordered it, and they kept me updated every step of the way. When I took it in for 1000 km service last week, they couldn’t have been nicer. The bike needed a special additional part and they kindly gave me a loaner, and a few days later towed it to my house so that I didn’t have to fuss with logistics. In particular, Dustin in service was great, and also David at the accessories desk. You can tell these guys love motorcycles and it just feels like a happy place to visit!
