If your Bob’s BMW purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it for a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. To avoid a restocking fee and to receive a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees, the item must be new, unused, showing no sign of wear or use, and in its original packaging.
Many of our products come with a manufacturer warranty. Bob’s BMW will do its best to assist with these claims. Call 1-800-269-2627.
Immediately email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-800-269-2627 if any items in your order arrive damaged. Keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to process the damage claims. We ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!
Order Cancellations or Modifications
We process orders quickly. If you change your mind, act quickly! Call 1-800-269-2627 or email email@example.com from the email address associated to your order, and please include your full name and specific request. A Bob’s BMW representative will respond with an order update in a timely manner. Please note, once an order is in processing status, we cannot guarantee the change to the order can be made.
*Limitations: The following products cannot be returned: closeout/clearance merchandise, motorcycles, gift cards, vintage and one-of-a-kind parts and accessories, electronics, copy written materials (i.e. repair manuals), installed items, vin-specific products (i.e. HP parts), BMW special tools, painted parts, and custom/special orders (i.e. key matched luggage or specific sizes not currently in stock).
PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
Bob’s BMW will match any advertised price on the same in-stock product from an authorized U.S. based and operating dealer. If you made a purchase at Bob’s BMW and see a lower advertised price within 30 days of purchase, we’ll refund you the difference or provide a store credit.
Bob’s BMW will typically accept coupons from some competitors and industry partners. Original, screenshot, unexpired, ads/coupons must be presented. All price match requests are subject to Management approval and confirmation of offer, coupon, or discount.
- Only advertised prices on the same part number, model, size, color, fitment, application, and year (if applicable) are eligible for price match requests.
- Clearance and closeouts, loyalty and membership programs, items not currently in-stock, service labor and parts, used items (parts, accessories, and apparel), motorcycles, gift cards, and items purchased from non-authorized dealers are not eligible for price match requests.
- Ebay auctions, craigslist listings, and other similar selling platforms are not eligible for price match requests.
- Items priced less than $50 are not eligible for price matching.
- Additional promotions or discount codes cannot be applied to price matched items.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For your convenience, eligible purchases that fall under Bob’s Satisfaction Guarantee can be returned or exchanged by mail or directly at Bob’s BMW.
If you placed an order online and want to make an exchange, call 1-800-269-2627 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to place your new order.
To return in store:
Bring your purchase to the dealership with its original packaging/tags and receipt, and a sales associate will assist you with your return or exchange.
To return by mail:
1. Call the Parts Department at 1-800-BMW-BOBS (269-2627) Monday – Friday 9am-6pm, or Saturday 9am-4pm.
2. You will receive an email that serves as the authorization for your return. This email MUST be printed and included with your return.
3. Using a shipping box/envelope, securely pack the item(s) to be returned in the complete and original product packaging including tags, and the Return Authorization email.

NOTE: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping must be prepaid. Packages shipped COD will be rejected.
5. Ship your package using a carrier that can provide insurance and tracking. Bob’s BMW is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
6. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.
- Returns that do not meet the guidelines outlined above may be refused and sent back, or subject to a restocking fee.
- Do not return any purchases without the return authorization email.
Once your return is received and inspected by a Bob’s BMW representative, a credit will be applied to the original payment type.
