At the heart of this BMW G650GS beats a 652cc single-cylinder engine that generates 50 hp at 6500 rpm and a maximum torque of 44 lb/ft at 5000 rpm. It has fuel injection and the famous BMW ABS brake system. But there’s a lot MORE with this bike. For instance:

This bike got the full pre-sale workout in our Service Department, starting with a top-to-bottom evaluation and 38-Point Safety Inspection to uncover anything that might need adjustment, repair, or replacement. It had had a recent full Bi-Annual service which means that all engine/drivetrain fluids and filters and brake fluid are fresh. The CHAIN and both front & rear SPROCKETS were also replaced at that time. Its tires — Metzeler Tourance, front & rear — were installed new in the spring of this year. With only about 2,000 miles on them, they still have a lot left to give. Of course, the bike was given an extended test ride to verify that everything works as it should in real-world riding conditions, and it completed a Maryland State Inspection for its official seal of approval. The lucky next owner will have no concerns as to the complete safety and roadworthiness of this machine.
Cosmetically, you can see from the photos what sort of condition the bike is in. It’s not perfect, but it’s VERY GOOD! Our in-house pro detailer performed his feats of magic to put the best possible shine on it. Nevertheless, you can still see it has a typical assortment of little “badges of experience” here and there. We might guess the previous owner actually took the bike off road on some occasions. It’s okay; that’s what it’s for. Yet there are no scars or any damage we’d describe as remarkable; simply the minor scratches and chips you would expect to find on any bike that has been ridden in the real world of dust and wind and bad weather and little pebbles kicked up by traffic. A few minor bruises on the extremities suggest the bike tipped over a couple times. How many bikes haven’t? There is one last point we need to disclose. This bike has a “branded” title. It means that at one point, the previous owner guessed at his mileage when titling the bike. When the state inspection was done later, the mileage was correctly entered and now the title is listed as “branded” for “odometer reading is known to be other than the true mileage for the vehicle”. However, this does not affect the bike or ownership transfer at all. All paperwork will transfer to you without hassle. With what we know of the bike’s condition, its service records, and our familiarity with the previous owner, we firmly believe the mileage to be accurate as it is currently shown on the odometer.
