Thanks to all that made Bob’s Oktoberfest and Celebration of BMW’s 90 Year Anniversary a great success! The weather literally held out for us down to the minute…at 4pm on the dot, the down pour began! If you were unable to join us for the event last Saturday, feel free to stop by sometime next week and ask for Hanna to receive a Limited Edition 90 Year anniversary keepsake that was given out at Oktoberfest. It is a unique piece highlighting 9 decades of BMW history. It is very cool and informative and again is a limited edition piece!
In addition to all the fun hundreds of motorcyclists and enthusiasts had throughout the day including: DYNO runs for just $15 or 2 for $25; speaking with on-site vendors to get brand specific questions answered; taking Schuberth helmet test rides; participating in the BMW bike show featuring a R/90S Concours d’Elegance; shopping bargain prices at the swap meet; enjoying great food provided by the Blue Knights and complimentary German beer by Bob’s; guests also flocked to the door prize drawing stations for a chance to win multiple amazing giveaways; plus guests of Oktoberfest were the first to hear the winner of the GoPro Video contest!
If you have not seen the video submissions for the contest they are all available on Bob’s YouTube Channel. We got some great submissions and want to thank everyone who participated in the contest.
A BIG congratulations goes out to Ruben Cezar who submitted “Follow the Small Movie” which received the most views, a total of 3, 497 views! Ruben was the winner of the contest and was awarded $300 in GoPro accessories.
Although no second or third place prizes were awarded, Bob’s wants to give a special shout out to Justin Lille whose video, “2-Year Old Riding KTM 50 Mini Bike” received 1,195 views and Frank Quintanilla’s video, “Track Day” that received 634 views!
