Service Loaner Program

Bob’s BMW is the only dealer east of California that owns and maintains a fleet of service loaner motorcycles. BMW does not contribute any funds or resources to support this program.Any customer that purchases a new motorcycle (warranty not expired) or an advantage certified used motorcycle, can take advantage of Bob’s Service Loaner program. Purchasing an extended service contract from us on a motorcycle you originally bought at Bob’s will continue these benefits in most cases.

Eligible bikes brought in for scheduled minor service such as: 6K or 12K service, annual routine maintenance, accessory installations, minor adjustments under warranty, tire changes, and other short duration tasks of a similar nature, are given the opportunity to reserve one of the bikes from our loaner fleet for FREE! Lengthy stays in our service department for reasons such as, but not limited to, accident estimates, crash damage repair, or work or time consuming warranty repairs are not eligible for the free loaner program.

When and if availability permits, we do offer bikes from our loaner fleet at a nominal fee of $75 per day to those having their BMW serviced at Bob’s but who do not otherwise qualify under the conditions above.

Rules and Regulations of Free Loaner Program

1. Each customer who uses a loaner bike is expected to top off the fuel tank immediately prior to returning it
2. Bob’s loaner motorcycle is treated exactly as you would want us to treat your bike while in our care. To protect both your safety and our investment, the staff is required to run a checklist inspection each time a bike leaves or returns.
3. If you have reserved a loaner, please call us the day before your appointment.
4. Loaners are expected to be returned on time.

NOTE: A flat fee of $75 will be charged to anyone returning a loaner with an empty tank. You are responsible for any damages to our loaner bikes while in your care.
