BMW’s “CSI” score (Consumer Satisfaction Index)
ranked Number ONE in the nation among all major BMW dealers!In
a recent bulletin from BMW of North America, Bob’s BMW
was ranked Number ONE in the entire USA for overall customer
service provided by our Sales and Service departments. Being
NUMBER ONE on the national CSI ranking is a very significant
achievement for which all of us at Bob's are extremely proud.
To each of you who gave us high marks on the surveys, please
