What’s the catch? There is none — just a few simple rules. 1. You must visit Bob’s BMW at least once each 60 days to turn in your gasoline receipts for reimbursement and have your odometer mileage logged. You’re welcome to visit us more often, of course, but you’re only required to come in once every couple months — that’s just six times during the year — to take advantage of the reimbursement program. 2. Reimbursement will be provided in the form of store credit which will be applied to your own personal charge account here at the dealership. Use your credit for any product or service we offer — accessories, maintenance, riding apparel, another bike, anything! You can claim reimbursement right away with each visit, or save up the credit toward a larger purchase. It’s yours to use to how ever you see fit. 3. Alas, everything has its limits. Maximum compensation for this promotion is limited to 12,000 miles ridden from the time of purchase till 12/31/07, and a gasoline price ceiling of $3.25 per gallon. That’s plenty of miles so get out there and ride — the gas is on us! 4. All receipts must be legit and legible: with the date, location of purchase, price per gallon, and amount purchased. Obviously, no receipts showing more than the fuel capacity of your tank will be paid. Any other evidence of fraudulent submissions will result in immediate cancellation of your participation in this program. So don’t even think of bringing us your SUV receipts. That would just be wrong in so many ways! 5. Finally – this is important – reimbursement will be forfeited for any 60-day period that receipts and mileage are not registered with us. But we really want you to take advantage of this benefit, so if the weather or some other extenuating circumstance prevents you from visiting us on time, just call. With a digital camera or the camera in your cell phone, there is a way we can validate your receipts and mileage so that your gas reimbursement credit will still accumulate. But you have to call before the 60 days are up.
