Motorcycles, with their relatively small tail lights, are too often invisible to typical junk-food-munching, cell-phone-talking cage drivers. Did you know that the Motorcycle Safety Foundation suggests pumping your brakes at each stop so that your flashing brake light will get drivers' attention? Well, the TailBlazer does it for you automatically!
TailBlazer is a "smart bulb", a bright halogen lamp with special circuitry built-in to the base. It rapidly flashes the brake light the instant you apply the brakes. The flash rate then slows down to a steady ON - in a cycle that lasts about 4 seconds. This flash pattern is called a Deceleration Warning and it really helps wake up inattentive car drivers. The TailBlazer is a plug-in replacement system: no wiring, no splicing, no need to remove all your body work: simply replace your stock trail/brake lamp with the TailBlazer "bulb", and you're ready to go. Uses the same wattage as stock. Bonus: a spare halogen lamp is included!
