R1200C "Cruiser" Saddlebag Liners

Touring Case Liners for R1200C

For BMW Touring Cases on R1200C models including the '04 Montauk. Cruiser owners who take longer trips will want to use the big Touring Cases, pictured here with one of the bag liners. That extra 33 liters of carrying capacity over what the standard Cruiser Bags hold is sure a bonus, and our handy new bag liners make getting your gear to and from the bike a lot more convenient. Access to the main compartment of each liner is through a 2-way zipper that curves around three sides of the bag for ease of packing. Case Liners for R1200CL & R1200CLC

For BMW luggage standard on R1200CL and CLC. With these bags, we've added the Royal Blue to the color choices—a great look for 'Capri Blue' bikes, among others. The left side bag has an inside zippered pocket and an external zippered pouch that nicely fills in the lid of the saddlebag. The right side bag is a bit shorter and designed so it tucks in underneath the CD changer and still leaves enough airspace to allow the small cooling fan to do its job. The right bag also has a convenient open pocket on the outside. Standard Top Case Liner

Kathy’s standard top case liner’s huge capacity maximizes use of the cavernous top box on the R1200CL. There are two sections, both with 2-way zippers for easy access to the contents. The main section features an inside mesh pocket to help organize your stuff. The double handles make it easy to carry.

The Rack Sack

The Rack Sack is an auxiliary cargo bag specifically for the top case luggage racks on K1200LT and R1200CL. It comes in two versions: one for the stock rack on the K1200LT, and now, another just for the after-market ZTechnik rack that's available for the R1200CL or the K1200LT. The Rack Sack attaches quickly and securely to either type luggage rack. Intelligent design, rugged materials, top quality workmanship—  another great accessory from Kathy’s Journey Designs and Bob’s BMW! The Rack Sack is expandable! While the standard 16 liter capacity is more than adequate for carrying typical add-on items such as a couple of rain suits, extra gloves, and more; you’ll be ready for those times when you need a little more space simply by unzipping the expansion gusset. Now the Rack Sack swells to hold an additional 9 liters!   Note: With your safety in mind, the Rack Sack is purposefully designed to be conservative in size. Be sure not to overload your motorcycle! Observe the weight limitations as shown in your owners manual, and pack only soft and lightweight items in the Rack Sack. Mounting the bag on the rack takes just seconds, yet it’s rock solid, even at high speeds. No flapping or wobbling. Four attaching tabs, front and back, utilize the slots built into the rack. Then a lateral strap loops through the rack and cinches down to keep both the bag and its contents tight and secure. To maximize weather protection we recommend coating seams on the inside with a good quality tent-type seam sealer, available where ever outdoor recreation equipment is sold. Top Case Liner Tote Bag

An alternative top case liner that’s also an all-purpose tote bag! The tote, unlike the standard top case liner (above) sits upright in the top case. Generous dimensions match the inside of the top case, so that when you stuff this bag you're efficiently using all the space in the top case. This tote bag has a clever zippered closure (not visible in this picture) that folds down inside the bag when not in use. It helps keep contents clean and dry, and also lets you really overstuff the bag. There's also a zippered pocket on the outside for additional small things, and handles that are long enough for easy over-the-shoulder carrying. Kathy's Document and Tire Repair Kit Pouch

Our Document and Tire Repair Kit Pouch is actually two pouches in one: a pouch for your owner's manual and service record booklet, and a smaller pouch to hold the BMW tire repair kit (tubeless type). Note the handy sleeve for storing the tire plug tool. The tire kit pouch rides piggyback on the document pouch, held on with a strip of hook and loop fastener, and each pouch has a closure flap to keep contents clean and dry. In Black only.

Kathy's Super Duffel

The Super Duffel measures 29" long x 10" high x 12" deep, and is divided into 3 sections. The center section (22" long) has a large 3-sided opening with a generous storm flap covering the zipper. Compartments on the ends (each 3.5" long), each have their own zippers, and one has a hidden security pocket. There are six D-rings, four to use as bungee anchors and two more for an optional shoulder strap. Kathy's Shoulder Strap

A Shoulder Strap is a handy thing to have when you want to keep your hands free while carrying a duffle or top case liner. Ours are made of strong black nylon webbing, adjustable in length, with sturdy hooks on both ends. Colors

*Colors: Most Kathy's products are available in a choice of colors. Only the colors that we regularly stock are available for purchase here at our online store. They are Black (abbreviated: BLK), Polaris Grey (GRY), Pacific Blue (BLU), and additionally for K1200LT items, Burgundy (BUR). Other special order colors are available, but only when ordered by phone or fax, and furthermore, may take up to 5 weeks for delivery. Special order colors are: Marrakesh Red (RED), Royal Blue (ROY), Dolphin Blue (DOL), and Forest Green (GRN).
