The big 1200cc twin motor provides plenty of power and torque, and the shaft drive puts that power to the rear wheel with clean and confident reliability. Unlike so many bikes in the cruiser market the big "C" really handles. The long wheel base makes for a stable smooth ride, and the patented BMW Telelever front suspension and ABS brakes keep you in control, not just straight-lining it down the boulevard, but on any kind of curvy road you feel like wandering. Okay, we admit cruising is about the look, too. But don't worry, style is not short changed. The R1200C Classic, already a distinctively beautiful creation, can be further customized to reflect your individual tastes. The long list of optional stock and aftermarket goodies available gives you everything you need to make your personal statement.
